Draft: do not merge yet. This is M4 of infra docs/plans/2026-10-06-nexus-retirement.md.

It changes only the registry host/path (nexus.noel.sh/oci-approved/… to registry.noel.sh/noeljackson/noel/photostack) and the pull secret (nexus-registry to noeljackson-harbor-registry). Every digest is unchanged, so the running content is identical.

Merge only after:

  1. M1: the Harbor project and pull robot exist.
  2. M2: these exact digests have been copied into Harbor and verified.
  3. M3: noeljackson-harbor-registry is projected into this app's namespace(s).
